A Study on the Influencing Factors of Digital Ethics Literacy of Primary and Secondary School Teachers——Analysis Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior
The digital transformation of education has posed new challenges to the professional competence and career requirements of primary and secondary school teachers.In this context,focusing on primary and secondary school teachers'information ethics literacy is an important issue in the digital era.Based on the questionnaire survey of 2990 primary and secondary school teachers,this study makes an empirical analysis on the mechanism affecting teachers'information ethics literacy under the perspective of the Theory of Planned Behavior.The results show that:subjective norms,attitude towards information ethics behavior and perceived behavioral control have a positive influ-ence on teachers'information ethics literacy;both rule-based and caring school ethical climate have a positive influ-ence on teachers'information ethics literacy;and attitude towards information ethics behavior,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control play a mediating role of varying degrees in the influencing mechanism of teachers'infor-mation ethics literacy.We should pay attention to the comprehensive influence of teachers'individual moral beliefs and external environmental factors,pay attention tothe differences in the development of teachers'information ethics literacy,and enhance the effectiveness of teachers'information ethics education;enhance teachers'self-awareness of their responsibility as"moral beings"and strengthen teachers'self-discipline in information ethics;shape the ethical school atmosphere and pay attention to the construction of teachers'ethical community;improve the ethical norms for the application of technology in the field of education and clarify the ethical responsibilities of multiple subjects.
