Teachers' Participation in the Ecological Changes of School Education:Value,Problem and Path Design
Based on the practice of Shanghai Taoliyuan Experimental School,this paper analyzed the connotation and value of teachers'participation in the ecological reform of school education.On the basis of understanding the key is-sues of teachers'participated in the construction of a good ecological education,it construct 4 effective practical paths,including stimulating teachers'awareness of participating in the ecological reform of education with common values,designing from the dimensions of in-depth collaborative teaching research to cultivate teachers'literacy,building a platform for teachers to participate in the ecological reform of education through teaching reform practice,and building a harmonious relationship to support teachers'participation in the ecological reform of education.
