A Study on the Methods of Teaching Practice Guidance for Normal Students in Primary and Secondary Schools
This study reveals the main characteristics and operational difficulties of the four methods of instructing nor-mal school students through interviews and other qualitative research methods.It is found that the personal growth guidance method focuses on emotional support,but is not easy to evaluate;the situational learning guidance method focuses on observation and learning,but is not easy to transfer;The core practice guidance method emphasizes system-atic drilling,but the guidance is difficult;The critical transformation guidance method emphasizes critical teaching,but conflicts are strong.The director's subjective initiative is not strong,the practice school and the university sup-port is insufficient,which are reality factors of the education practice instruction method.On this basis,we need to put forward a comprehensive guidance framework for practice in order to promote the standardization of guidance in educational practice,at the sametime,accelerate the establishment of professional standards for practice instructors,to improve the quality and level of educational practice guidance,we also need to perfect the guidance system of edu-cational practice and promote the cooperation between colleges and primary and secondary schools.
