Exploration on the Transformation of Teaching Development Project Achievements in Private Colleges and Universities
The transformation of teaching development project achievements urgently needs to be committed to the dif-fusion change of organizational system,rather than limited to the practical application of some individuals.Based on the perspective of innovation diffusion theory,this paper takes private colleges and universities in A city as an exam-ple to explore the demolish and rebuild of the transformation of teaching development project achievements in private colleges and universities from three aspects of process,actor and action by using qualitative research methods.The study finds that there are environmental and relational obstacles in the process of the transformation of teaching devel-opment project achievements at the present stage;the intermediaries of the transformation of project achievements are limited and their functions are alienated;the implementation of the policy measures of the transformation of project a-chievements is biased.It is hoped that this study will call for attention to the practical problems of the transformation of teaching development project achievements,and provide reference and enlightenment for private colleges and uni-versities and related teaching development institutions.
