Research on the Policy Preferences of China's University Faculty Management from the Perspective of Institutional Ethics——Based on the Text Analysis of 256 Policies since the Foundation of New China
Based on the perspective of institutional ethics,this paper uses the NVivo12 software to systematically analyze 256 texts of management policies of university faculty issued at the national level since the foundation of New China.The study finds that management policies of university faculty have generally paid more and more attention to institutional ethics,and the principles of impartiality and development have been fully embodied,while the existing problems include that the humanistic dimension has not been paid attention to,substantive justice needs to be strengthened,and the professional eth-ics of teachers needs to be further standardized.In the future,management policies of university faculty should strengthen the humanistic care,pay attention to the protection of rights and interests and the improvement of treatment of university teachers;pay attention to the substantive justice,focus on optimizing the allocation of teachers'resources;strengthen the normative management of teachers'professional ethics,and improve the mechanism of teachers'professional ethics training and management.
