On the Balanced and High Quality Development of Teachers in Urban and Rural Schools of Compulsory Education——Analysis of the Teacher Flow Pattern of County Compulsory Education Based on Field Theory
Through reviewing relevant research literature on the teacher mobility of primary and secondary schools of com-pulsory education, this study found that there is an unreasonable phenomenon of teacher mobility, mainly due to the teachers flow from rural schools to urban schools, and the flow of outstanding backbone teachers from weak schools to key and demon-stration schools, which affects the balance and high-quality development of teachers between urban and rural schools and be-tween schools. The Field Theory provides a new perspective and theoretical analysis framework for analyzing the logic of teacher mobility.By analyzing the comprehensive factors such as teacher field, capital, and habits that affect teacher mobil-ity behavior,it is proposed to reshape the structure and habits of teacher field, focus on teacher field capital, enhance the e-conomic and social capital of teacher field, and balance the interests of various teacher subjects in the county;enhancing the teacher cultural capital;ensure the reasonable rights and interests of mobile teachers, promote the two-way,reasonable,and orderly flow of urban and rural teachers, promote the teachers balanced and high-quality development of compulsory educa-tion,and achieve the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education.
