Typical Characters of Excellent Rural Teachers in Southwest Ethnic Areas and Their Formation Laws
Based on the grounded theory,the study adopts the qualitative research method to analyze the typical characters of 16 excellent rural teachers in the ethnic areas of Southwest China and analyze the formation rules of the typical characters of this group.The study finds that excellent rural teachers in the ethnic areas of Southwest China possess three typical char-acters:affective characters,which are expressed in the nourishment of positive emotions by educational sentiments and par-ticipation in both internal and external life;moral characters,which are expressed in the shaping of tough qualities by caring for teachers and students in ethnic villages;and professional characters,which are expressed in the exploration of ethnic and cultural curricula and the development of place-based and adapted teaching;and the study further looks at the law of growth and finds that professional development is the basic conditions,the generation of moral is the control mechanism,emotional shaping is the core motivation,educational practice is the guarantee of reality.Based on this,to cultivate excellent rural teachers in the ethnic areas of Southwest China,we should construct a teacher education system that integrates rationality and reality to thickly cultivate the professional foundation,build a diversified local interaction mechanism to strengthen the moral self-awareness,dig out the personal growth experience to deepen the emotional motivation,and rely on the double-cy-cle education network to enrich the educational practice.
