论中国思想政治教师教育:价值阐释、内涵建构与路径选择

在进一步推进中国式现代化以及中国特色教师教育体系构建的时代语境下,思想政治教师教育成为一项重大理论与实践命题.思政教师是开展中小学思政教育活动的核心主体,对思政教师开展专业化的职前培养以及在职专业发展是推动中小学思政教育高质量发展的关键所在.新的历史阶段赋予思政教师教育作为国家事业、专业实践与学术领域的重大价值需要,进而通过探讨思政教师教育的构成、目标、特征建构起思政教师教育的内涵.研究提出需要建立健全思政教师教育的治理体系、职前培养体系、职后培训体系以及学术体系的路径,以此推动新时代思政教师教育的高质量内涵式发展.
On Ideological and Political Teacher Education of China:Value Interpretation,Connotation Construction and Path Selection
In the context of further promoting the modernization of Chinese style and the construction of teacher education system with Chinese characteristics,ideological and political teacher education has become a major theoretical and practical proposition.Teachers of ideology and politics are the core subjects of ideological and political education in primary and sec-ondary schools,and professional pre-service cultivation and in-service professional development of teachers of ideology and politics are the keys to promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political education.The new historical stage gives ideological and political teacher education great value as the national cause,professional practice and research field.Then,this paper built up the connotation of ideological and political teacher education through its compositions,ob-jectives and characteristics.Finally,the sound governance system,pre-service cultivation system,in-service training system and academic system should be established to promote the high-quality and connotative development of ideological and politi-cal teacher education in the new era.
