Teacher Education System for Academic Discipline of"Language and Literature":Connotation,Current Situation,and Development Path
The establishment of teachers education system for academic discipline of"Language and Literature"aims to build a knowledge field dedicated to innovating teacher cultivating models and completing the practical task of cultivating high-quality language teachers.It is a unified entity composed of governance system,training system,and academic system that interact and support each other.To build these,the certification of the governance system and institutional guarantee are required to integrate the"language and literature"academic discipline and teacher education.Additionally,the curriculum system should explore diverse and multi-dimensional curriculum structures for cultivating"Language and Literature"aca-demic discipline teachers,strengthening the symbiotic coupling among the Chinese language and literature discipline,for-eign language and literature discipline,and teacher education discipline.Moreover,the teaching practice system should serve as a link between universities and schools,realizing the value of language teachers as"individuals".Finally,the aca-demic system is needed to support the knowledge base of discipline,making it the source of wisdom for the continuous devel-opment of teachers education system for academic discipline of"Language and Literature".
