The spirit of educators is the concentrated manifestation of countless educators'thoughts and character,which points out the direction for teachers'growth and leads to the high-quality construction of the teaching force.The prerequisite for the long-lasting effect of the leading role of the educator's spirit is that it needs to be integrated with the teacher educa-tion curriculum.In terms of integration value,the integration of educator's spirit into the teacher education curriculum is an inexhaustible impetus for the cultural shift of curriculum,an important support for the modernization of Chinese-style teacher education,and a long-term mechanism for the construction of high-quality teaching force.In the logic of integration,a shared educational vision,inherent meaning,and national policy preferences are the starting point,foundation,and guaran-tee for the integration of the two.In the path of integration,it is urgent to take the value connotation of educator's spirit as the concept to build a curriculum goal system of"occupation-career-vocation",to take the holistic connotation of educator's spirit as the guide to build an open and integrated curriculum content system,and to take the practical connotation of educa-tor's spirit as the guide to build the curriculum implementation system of"narrative and dialogue"is constructed.With the growth connotation of the educator's spirit as a criterion,the developmental curriculum evaluation system focusing on students is constructed.
