校本研修是一种以学校为基点,以满足教师专业发展需求为根本目的,将教育教学实践、教育教学研究和学习进修密切结合起来的,具有反思性、合作性和探究性的继续教育形式.教师主体性是校本研修的应有之义,其生成以教学实践为起点,以教师需求为核心,以学习型组织为载体,以教师反思为主线.基于此,教师主体性的培育应以教师成长为焦点,确立校本研修制度;以"对称式"交往为依托,构建主体间的合作文化;以线上研修为辅助,满足教师个性化需求;以自我教育为手段,提升教师主体能力.
The Cultivation Path of Teacher's Subjectivity in the School-based Research
School-based research is a form of continuing education that takes schools as its foundation,aiming primarily to meet teachers'professional development needs.It closely integrates educational practice,research,and advanced learning,characterized by its reflective,collaborative,and exploratory nature.Teacher's subjectivity is an essential component of school-based professional development,grounded in teaching practice,centered on teachers'needs,supported by learning organizations,and driven by reflective practice.Based on this framework,fostering teachers'subjectivity should focus on the following:establishing institutional mechanisms for school-based professional development to support teacher growth;building a cooperative culture of inter-subjective interaction based on"symmetrical"communication;leveraging online pro-fessional development to meet teachers'individualized needs;and enhancing teachers'agency through self-directed learn-ing.
