Simulation-based Education Practice:A New Approach to Empower Pre-service Teacher Training
Pre-service teacher education is the starting point of teacher training, which determines the quality of future teachers and educational development.Education practice is the main way preservice teachers acquire practical knowledge but faces several problems, such as few opportunities and untimely feedback.Simulation-Based Learning(SBL)has brought new life to education practice due to it provides a safe and challenging virtual practice environment. This study analyzes typi-cal cases of SBL in teacher training and sorts out the characteristics and problems of existing platforms, including single practical knowledge, imperfect systems, etc.Based on the above issues, focusing on practical needs and technological de-velopment trends,we are reconstructing the simulation-based education practice system locally from three aspects:conceptu-al innovation, platform construction, and implementation pathways.By collecting authentic feedback from student teachers,we aim to validate the rationality and usability of this system, providing theoretical guidance and practical references for the future application of SBL in educational internships.
