Professional Quality Structure of Teachers for Gifted and Talented Children——A Qualitative Research Based on the Perspective of Teachers
Gifted and talented education is closely related to the practice of top-notch innovative talent cultivation.As the primary resource for the high-quality development of gifted and talented education,whether the teacher has professional quality is the key factor affecting the growth of gifted and talented children into Top-notch innovative talents.In this study,21 professional teachers for gifted and talented children were interviewed.Through text coding and theoretical analysis,this study summarizes the professional quality framework of teachers for gifted and talented children in three dimensions of profes-sional knowledge,professional ability and professional character,including 10 specific qualities.This study constructs a spiral interaction model,looking forward to provide reference for teachers'team construction.
