超常儿童教育教师专业素养结构探析——基于一线教师视角的质性研究

超常儿童教育工作与拔尖创新人才培养的实践探索密切相关.教师作为超常儿童教育高质量发展的第一资源,是否具备良好的专业素养是影响超常儿童成长为拔尖创新人才的关键因素.本研究以 21 名超常儿童教育专职教师为访谈对象,通过自下而上的文本编码和自上而下的理论分析,提炼出超常儿童教育教师的素养框架包含专业知识、专业能力和专业品格三个维度,涵盖10 项具体素养.同时,构建了超常儿童教育教师专业素养的螺旋交互模型,为超常儿童教育教师队伍建设提供参考.
Professional Quality Structure of Teachers for Gifted and Talented Children——A Qualitative Research Based on the Perspective of Teachers
Gifted and talented education is closely related to the practice of top-notch innovative talent cultivation.As the primary resource for the high-quality development of gifted and talented education,whether the teacher has professional quality is the key factor affecting the growth of gifted and talented children into Top-notch innovative talents.In this study,21 professional teachers for gifted and talented children were interviewed.Through text coding and theoretical analysis,this study summarizes the professional quality framework of teachers for gifted and talented children in three dimensions of profes-sional knowledge,professional ability and professional character,including 10 specific qualities.This study constructs a spiral interaction model,looking forward to provide reference for teachers'team construction.
