高质量教师队伍是教育强国建设的重要基础,教师的发展离不开高质量教师教育体系的支撑.区县教师发展机构是中国特色教师教育体系的重要组成,在促进教师专业发展、形成中国特色教研机制、推动教育改革与创新等方面具有独特价值.研究梳理了区县教师发展机构称谓及功能演变的历史脉络,分析了新时代以来区县教师发展机构的发展趋势以及存在的现实困境.在此基础上,从明晰职能定位、完善运作机制、强化专业作用、推动数字赋能等方面探讨了区县教师发展机构的功能转型与新时代发展路向.
The Historical Context and New Era development direction of District and County Teacher Development Institutions in China
A high-quality teaching workforce is an important foundation for building a strong educational nation,and the de-velopment of teachers cannot be separated from the support of a high-quality teacher education system.District and county teacher development institutions are an important part of Chinese characteristic teacher education system,playing a unique role in promoting teachers'professional development,forming a Chinese-style teaching research mechanism,and promoting educational reform and innovation.The study has sorted out the historical context of the names and functions of district and county teacher development institutions,analyzed the development trends and practical dilemmas faced by these institutions in the new era.Based on this,the paper discusses the functional transformation and development direction of district and county teacher development institutions in the new era from aspects such as clarifying functional positioning,improving oper-ation mechanisms,strengthening professional roles,and promoting digital empowerment.
