随着科技发展和社会转型,未来正以加速度的方式来到我们面前.为了深入理解和有效应对已经到来的"未来",本文从无限延续的不确定性、持续并存的挑战和不可妥协的公平正义揭示"未来"的表现与特征;从职前教师培养、教师专业素养提升、教师教育体系建设、教师教育模式变革、乡村教师质量保障等议题和来自中国的经验,总结教师教育领域可持续发展的重要面向.最后,本文基于探索教师教育数智化和建设教师教育国际共同体,展望教师教育未来可持续发展的更多空间.
The Future is Here:How Can Teacher Education Sustainably Develop?——Review of the 5th Global Teacher Education Summit
As technology advances and society transforms,the future is accelerating towards us.To deeply understand and effectively respond to the"future"that has already arrived,this study reveals the manifestations and characteristics of the"future"through the lens of unending uncertainty,ongoing challenges,and uncompromising fairness and justice.Drawing from issues such as preservice teacher training,enhancement of teacher professional competence,construction of teacher ed-ucation systems,transformation of teacher education models,and quality assurance of rural teachers,along with experiences from China,this study identifies the key dimensions and Chinese approaches to sustainable development in the field of teacher education.Finally,based on the exploration of digital intelligence in teacher education and the construction of an in-ternational community for teacher education,this study looks forward to more spaces for the sustainable development of teacher education in the future.
