摘要
新质生产力作为新质态的生产力,是先进生产力的代表,而新型举国体制彰显了集中力量办大事的制度优势,是中国特色社会主义市场经济下资源配置的创新形式,是新型生产关系的体现,二者共同助推高质量发展和中国式现代化的生产方式创新变革.新质生产力的发展离不开发挥新型举国体制在资源配置、创新主体、支撑载体上的协同创新作用.因此,要更好发挥新型举国体制优势,应从组织创新、研发创新、产业创新出发,以生产要素创新性配置、技术革命性突破、产业深度转型升级助推新质生产力发展.
Abstract
The new productive forces are representative of advanced productive forces.While new system for mobilizing resources nationwide highlights the institutional advantage of concentrating resources to do ma-jor things,it is an innovative form of resource allocation under the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,and is the embodiment of new production relations.The two jointly boost high-quality de-velopment and innovation and reform of Chinese modern production mode.It can be seen that the develop-ment of new productive forces is inseparable from the collaborative innovation role of new system for mobi-lizing resources nationwide in the resource allocation,the innovation subject and the support carrier.Therefore,in order to give full play to the advantages of the new system for mobilizing resources nation-wide,we should start from organizational innovation,research and development innovation,and industrial innovation,and boost the development of new productive forces with innovative allocation of production factors,revolutionary breakthroughs in technology,and industrial transformation and upgrading.
