This paper addresses a problem from the eighth National College Students'Mathematics Compe-tition(Final)in 2016.Utilizing the formulas of spherical coordinates,Gauss's theorem,parameter equa-tions of surfaces,and the integration by parts formula for triple integrals,we present four methods to solve the problem.
