In this paper,we generalize the inner quasi circle conclusion to n-dimensional Euclidean space by using the tool of matrix and prove that the quadratic cone with its apex at the origin has n mutually perpendicular genera-trices in n-dimensional Euclidean space if and only the trace of the corresponding quadratic form of the cone is zero.
