BIM technology has brought new opportunities for the digital transformation of the construction industry.Aiming at the difficul-ties of the landing application of intelligent construction technology in the construction process of building projects,the typical application scenarios of intelligent construction technology at home and abroad are analysed and researched,and combined with actual project application cases are demonstrated.Through the demonstration,it verifies the information advantage,visualisation advantage and engineering integrated management advantage shown by the digital technology represented by BIM in the design and construction stage,digital processing and engi-neering progress control.
