With increasing global attention on environmental protection and sustainable development,China is transitioning towards a green,low-carbon,and efficient development path.Low-carbon smart parks are key battlegrounds in implementing the"dual carbon"strategy. The case study of Guangzhou's low-carbon smart park focuses on the integration of intelligence and low-carbon elements.Based on industrial digitization,it implements a development approach that promotes low-carbon and intelligent features within the park. This includes the utiliza-tion of technologies such as solar photovoltaics and intelligent energy management,as well as the application of achievements like smart ener-gy consumption management platforms and distributed energy storage stations. These efforts have resulted in environmental, economic, and so-cial benefits. The study proposes development recommendations in terms of planning, management systems, and industrial structure optimiza-tion,providing valuable insights for the construction of low-carbon smart parks in smart cities.
