With the widespread application of large-scale formwork support structures in modern construction, the introduction of real-time safety monitoring technology has become an inevitable choice to enhance construction safety and reduce accident risks.By conducting numeri-cal simulations to study the stress, deformation, and failure mechanisms of large-scale formwork, the monitoring parameters for assessing the working condition of these structures can be identified.Leveraging automation and informatization, the High Formwork Real-time Monitoring Alarm System is established, integrating a complete set of technologies including finite element model and on-site real-time monitoring. This system enables automated monitoring,real-time analysis and transmission, and automatic alarm for the support systems, allowing for proac-tive identification and resolution of potential safety hazards, thereby improving the accuracy and timeliness of monitoring.Additionally,com-plemented by periodic inspections, the effectiveness of monitoring and early warning can be further enhanced. The actual project proves that the system can ensure construction safety and promotes further improvements and development in construction safety management.
