Taking a multimodal transportation perspective, analyzes the current state of domestic and international port logistics transporta-tion.Building upon the concept of adaptive design for port logistics buildings, presents a case study of Guangzhou Nansha International Lo-gistics Center(North Zone)and proposes adaptive design strategies for port logistics buildings based on the multimodal transportation model. The objective is to optimize port logistics operations and improve the utilization efficiency of port logistics buildings, providing valuable refer-ences for modern port logistics building design. This research contributes important theoretical and practical value in exploring innovative de-sign approaches for port logistics buildings.
