市政桥梁钢筋混凝土结构防腐效果的好坏,直接关系到桥梁结构的使用寿命和养护成本,研究桥梁结构防腐技术意义重大.文章根据实际工程经验,通过与传统成膜型防腐技术对比,研究并应用了新型渗透型硅烷浸渍技术.实施效果良好,硅烷浸渍技术各项指标能达到设计和规范要求,在防腐耐久性、经济性、环保节能性等方面具有优势,特别适用于新建桥梁混凝土结构的防腐涂装保护,对于建成时间较长或已实施过涂装保护的桥梁混凝土结构,应用效果一般.期望为市政桥梁混凝土防腐设计提供借鉴.
The anti-corrosion effect of reinforced concrete structures in municipal bridges is directly related to the service life and mainte-nance cost of bridge structures,the study of bridge structure anti-corrosion technology is of great significance.Based on practical engineering experience,studies and applies a new permeable silane impregnation technology by comparing it with traditional film-forming anti-corrosion technology.The implementation effect is good,The implementation effect is good,and the various indicators of silane impregnation technolo-gy can meet the design and specification requirements.It has advantages in anti-corrosion durability,economy,environmental protection and energy conservation,and is particularly suitable for the anti-corrosion coating protection of new bridge concrete structures.For bridge con-crete structures that have been built for a long time or have already been coated,the application effect is average.I hope to provide refer-ence for the anti-corrosion design of municipal bridge concrete.
