盾构隧道施工对临近交叉口桥梁的影响分析

交叉口桥桩与盾构隧道最小净距仅0.8 m,为分析隧道施工对桥梁的影响,首先对隧道施工过程进行模拟分析,然后根据模拟结果及控制值,对桥梁进行复核验算.验算结果表明:①桩基沉降、水平位移均在控制值范围,满足《公路桥涵基础与地基设计规范:JTG 3363-2019》[1]要求;②桩基沉降对梁体剪力、跨中弯矩影响较小,对端部负弯矩影响较大.其次沉降控制值10 mm工况下,梁体抗弯、抗剪承载力,裂缝宽度满足《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范:JTJ 023-85》[2]要求;③桩基按一侧土体挖空验算,其抗弯承载力、裂缝宽度满足文献[2]要求.
The minimum clear distance between the intersection bridge pile foundation and the shield tunnel is only 0.8 m.In order to analyze the influence of tunnel construction on the bridge,firstly simulates the tunnel construction process,and then checks the bridge ac-cording to the simulation results and control values.The results show that:①the settlement and horizontal displacement of pile foundation are within the control value range,which can meet the Specifications for Design of Foundation of Highway Bridges and Culverts:JTG 3363-2019[1]requirements;②Pile foundation settlement has little influence on beam shear force and mid-span bending moment,but great influ-ence on end negative bending moment.Secondly,under the condition of controlled settlement 10 mm,the bending resistance,shear capacity and crack width of the beam meet the Specifications for Design of Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Highway Bridges and Cul-ver:JTJ 023-85[2]requirements;③The pile foundation is calculated by hollowing out the soil on one side,the flexural bearing capacity and crack width meet the Literature[2]requirements.
