In order to efficiently,safely,and quickly complete the installation and construction of orange shaped large curvature curtain walls,during the deepening design and processing production stages,BIM was used for three-dimensional simulation of irregular curtain wall panels with different radians to achieve precise processing.A high-altitude hanger operation platform was designed and applied and verified in engineering.The high-altitude suspension platform consists of a fastener type steel pipe and a steel wire rope,which is hung on the main load-bearing truss of the roof,and then the platform steel pipe is erected.This operating platform has great advantages in cost and construc-tion period compared to traditional floor type scaffolding,and has good promotion and application value.
