山地削坡支护结构检测评估及加固设计

摘要
对于山地削坡桩锚支护结构,当由于施工原因造成变形超限需要进行加固设计时,为了满足安全性、经济性以及便捷施工的要求,项目通过对已施工支护桩、锚索进行质量检测,发现已施工桩身质量和配筋情况合格,但桩长小于设计值,锚索承载力远小于设计要求.根据检测评估结果,结合项目实际情况,通过对比分析和优化,在不考虑已施工锚索受力的情况下,采用适当抬高坡底标高,增加腰梁和4道预应力锚索的加固方案,同时加强后续施工期间的水平位移、沉降、锚索内力等监测.加固施工和监测数据表明项目的加固设计方案达到了预计效果,降低了施工难度,加快了工期、节约加固造价21%,可供今后同类工程参考借鉴.
Abstract
For the pile-anchor retaining structure of mountain slope cutting,this project conducts quality inspection on the constructed sup-port piles and anchor cables in order to meet the requirements of safety,economy,and convenient construction when deformation exceeds the limit due to construction reasons and reinforcement design is required.It is found that the quality and reinforcement of the constructed pile body are qualified,but the length of pile is less than the design value,and the bearing capacity of the anchor cables is far less than the design requirements.According to the comparative analysis and optimization of actual situation and the results of testing and evaluation,without considering the force of the constructed anchor cable,a reinforcement scheme with appropriate elevation of the bottom of the slope,adding waist beam and four prestressed anchors is adopted.At the same time,monitoring of water level,displacement,settlement and inter-nal force of the anchor cables during reinforcement construction is strengthened.The reinforcement construction and monitoring data indicate that the reinforcement design scheme of this project has achieved the expected effect,including reduced construction difficulty,accelerated the construction period and reducing reinforcement costs by 21%,which can be used as a reference for similar projects in the future.
