Research and Application of the Comprehensive Professional Intelligent Modeling Method for Shield Tunnel Sections
To address the challenges of the extensive workload,low efficiency of manual modeling,and the lack of model quality assur-ance in 3D modeling of shield tunnel sections,a comprehensive intelligent modeling approach and application program have been developed using Revit and Dynamo visual programming plugins.Shield tunnel segment rings,tracks,and electromechanical units are modeled using Re-vit software.The tunnel centerline axis is generated using the Dynamo plugin,and unit models are then integrated to form the shield tunnel segment model.By placing track unit models at 25 m intervals based on the line centerline coordinates and alignment and slope adjustment data,an automatic track model is constructed.Mechanical and electrical models such as supports,equipment,and evacuation platforms are created by automatically placing families at set intervals along the tunnel centerline.Using pre-built cable profile families,design parameters for cables or pipelines are read to automatically create models in a lofted manner.A comprehensive model of the shield tunnel sections is as-sembled automatically based on the tunnel and alignment centerlines.Application results show that the 76.5 km initial sections of Guangzhou Metro Line 18 and Line 22 were fully automated in 2~3 days,compared to approximately 30 days for traditional manual modeling.This ap-proach significantly enhances model quality and efficiency,effectively resolving issues of model consistency,and ensuring the digital transfer of the entire project.
