摘要
为助力广州数字城市CIM建设,实现多方位管理手段、更有效解决项目安全管理难点,重点中心根据智慧代建管理体系延伸出基于CIM的智慧代建"四化"安全监管体系的研究与应用,通过"网格化、专业化、清单化、数字化",结合广州市CIM平台,助力建设工程安全监督管理,持续提升城市建设数字化转型高质量发展.这是"CIM+区块链技术在广州公建项目的应用研究"之后,又一创新项目管理技术的探索与尝试.
Abstract
In order to assist the CIM construction of Guangzhou's digital city,achieve multi-dimensional management methods,and more effectively solve the difficulties of project safety management,the key center has extended the research and application of the"four modern-izations"safety supervision system based on CIM according to the intelligent construction management system.Through"grid,specialization,inventory,and digitization",combined with the Guangzhou CIM platform,it helps to assist in the safety supervision and management of con-struction projects,and continuously improves the high-quality development of urban construction digital transformation.This is another explora-tion and attempt of innovative project management technology after the application of CIM+blockchain technology in public construction proj-ects in Guangzhou.
