Theoretical and Applied Research on the Utilization of Underground Space in Heavy Metal Pollution Sites above Water-Resisting Layer
Aiming at the common problems in the environmental restoration of industrial legacy land, combined with the"environmental restoration+construction"model,an in-situ self-balancing strategy for the utilization of underground space in polluted sites is proposed.Using deep impermeable layers, horizontal waterproof curtains, and concrete vertical soil barrier to form enclosed spaces isolate polluted soil;Com-bining the requirements of self balancing of contaminated soil and underground space construction, the underground space is divided into ful-ly utilized, partially utilized, and(contaminated soil)storage spaces to overcome the difficulties of difficult restoration, long cycle, and high cost.In project practice, the application of BIM technology to develop precise implementation plans ensures the implementation of self balancing strategies, guarantees the safety of the living environment, revitalizes scarce land resources, and saves 80%of repair funds. It is worth further improving and promoting.
