基桩抽样检测中的漏检漏判风险及对策研究

为研究现行基桩抽样检测过程中存在的漏检漏判风险并提出相应对策,运用数理统计理论分析了漏检概率,以大量的工程实例分析了各完整性检测方法的局限性和漏判风险,并以工程事故实例分析了漏检漏判的危害性,最后给出了基桩检测方案的改进策略:①预应力混凝土管桩工程应采用高应变法同时进行单桩竖向抗压承载力和桩身完整性检测,抽检桩数不应少于总桩数的10%,且地基基础设计等级为甲级时不应少于20根,乙级时不应少于15根,丙级时不应少于10根;土方开挖至基底标高后,还应采用低应变法进行桩身完整性检测.②混凝土灌注桩工程应全数预埋声测管,采用声波透射法进行桩身完整性检测;对端承型灌注桩,还应全数预埋钻芯管,采用钻芯法检测桩底沉渣和桩端持力层.
Research on the Risks and Countermeasures of Missed Inspection and Judgment in Sampling Inspection of Foundation Piles
In order to study the risks of missed inspection and judgment in the current sampling inspection process of foundation pile and propose corresponding countermeasures,analyzes the probability of missed inspection using mathematical statistics theory,analyzes the limitation and risk of missed judgment of various integrity testing methods with a large number of engineering examples,and analyzes the harm of missed inspection and judgment with engineering accident examples,and finally puts forward the improvement strategy of foundation pile testing scheme.①High-strain dynamic testing should be used for single pile vertical compressive bearing capacity and pile integrity test-ing in prestressed concrete pipe pile engineering,and the number of sampled piles should not be less than 10%of the total number of piles.When the foundation design grade is Class A,there should be no less than 20 piles,Class B,there should be no less than 15 piles,and Class C,there should be no less than 10 piles;low-strain integrity testing should also be used for pile integrity testing after soil excavation to the elevation of the design.② The cast-in-situ concrete pile should be fully embedded with acoustic pipes,and the integrity of the pile should be tested by cross-hole sonic logging.For end bearing cast-in-place concrete pile,drilling core pipes should be fully embedded,and the core drilling method should be used to detect the sediment at the bottom of the pile and the bearing layer at the pile end.
