横琴马骝洲海域软土区加固土桩试桩特性研究

为确保横琴马骝洲海域盾构隧道的加固效果,对盾构掘进前的深厚海相软土地层所采用的3种加固桩进行了试桩施工,对该3种加固桩试桩情况进行研究.结果表明:通过试桩验证了MJS工法桩、DCM工法桩及三轴搅拌桩试桩结果强度代表值均满足设计要求,可以得出适合该工程的不同加固工法的最佳水灰比、注浆压力取值及施工工艺;且试桩过程中出现的问题对后续工程的正式施工起到预警作用.
Research on Test Pile Characteristics of Reinforced Soil Pile in Soft Soil Area of Maliuzhou Sea Area in Hengqin
To ensure the reinforcement effect of the shield tunnel in the Hengqin Maliuzhou sea area,three types of reinforcement piles were tested for construction in the deep marine soft soil layer before shield tunneling,and the test pile situation of the three types of rein-forcement piles during construction in the soft soil area was studied.The results show that construction quality inspection standards for this project can be obtained through pile testing,and the optimal water cement ratio,grouting pressure value,and applicable construction technol-ogy suitable for different reinforcement methods of this project can be determined;The problems encountered during the pile testing process serve as a warning for the subsequent formal construction of the project.
