Structural Design of an Out-of-code High-rise Building of a Cultural Center in Jiashan
A culture center in Jiashan with fair-faced reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure,has irregular factors such as extra long shear wall,irregular plane and facade,which belongs to an out-of-code high-rise building.The elastic design under frequent earthquake and the equivalent elastic analysis under medium earthquake are carried out by using YJK software.Meanwhile,the model comparatively analysis is carried out by using ETABS software.The elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquakes is carried out by using SAU-SAGE software.The analysis results show that all the structure parameters meet the expected seismic performance targets,and corresponding seismic strengthening measures are taken for key components to ensure safety under rare earthquakes.
