摘要
目的 分析职业性尘肺病患者睡眠障碍情况及其影响因素.方法 采用方便抽样方法,选择1 176例职业性尘肺病患者,调查其用工单位信息、患者本人信息和尘肺病相关情况,采用多因素logistic回归模型探讨睡眠障碍的影响因素.结果 994(84.52%)例职业性尘肺病患者存在睡眠障碍,PSQI总得分中位数水平为12(10,14)分,其中睡眠障碍组患者中位数水平为13(11,15)分,无睡眠障碍组为4(3,5)分(P<0.01).与无睡眠障碍职业性尘肺病患者相比,睡眠障碍职业性尘肺病患者的主观睡眠质量、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠持续时间、习惯性睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠药物使用、日间功能障碍这7个维度的得分均明显较高(均P<0.01).多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,婚姻(OR其他=1.553)、健康状况(OR一般=0.473、OR满意=0.759)、生活质量(OR较好=0.110、OR良好=0.085)及用工单位企业类型(OR私营=1.205)与职业性尘肺病患者睡眠障碍发生有关.结论 职业性尘肺病患者发生睡眠障碍较高,睡眠障碍与婚姻、健康状况、生命质量及用工单位企业类型有关.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the sleep disorders and their influencing factors in occupational pneumoco-niosis patients.Methods A total of 1 176 occupational pneumoconiosis patients were selected by convenient sampling method to investigate their employer information,individual information,and pneumoconiosis related situation.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to explore the influencing factors of sleep disorders.Results A total of 994(84.52%)pa-tients with occupational pneumoconiosis had sleep disorders,and the median PSQI score was 12(10,14)points,including 13(11,15)points in the group with sleep disorders and 4(3,5)points in the group without sleep disorders(P<0.01).Compared with occupational pneumoconiosis patients without sleep disorders,the scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep duration,habitual sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,sleep medication use,and daytime dysfunction in occupa-tional pneumoconiosis patients with sleep disorders were significantly higher(all P<0.01).The results of multivariate Lo-gistic regression analysis showed that marital status(ORother=1.553),health status(ORgeneral=0.473,ORsatisfactory=0.759),quality of life(ORbctter=0.110,ORgood=0.085),and type of employer(ORprivatc cnterprise=1.205)were associated with sleep disorders in occupational pneumoconiosis patients.Conclusions Occupational pneumoconiosis patients have high inci-dence of sleep disorders,which are related to marital status,health status,quality of life,and the type of employer.
