Triple Innovation of the Concept of Human Rights Governance in the Era of Artificial Intelligence
With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,not only has the human rights protection system undergone changes,but the concept of human rights governance that affects the implementation of various systems is also facing innovation.This innovation has at least three dimensions.The first dimension is the innovation from result oriented to process governance.The second dimension is the innovation from single governance to comprehensive governance.The third dimension is the innovation from liberalism to developmentalism.These three reforms influence each other and progress layer by layer.The second reform comes with the first reform,and the third reform,while being driven by the first two reforms,also forms the foundation of the first two reforms.Therefore,the three dimensions of artificial intelligence promoting the innovation of human rights governance concepts can ultimately be classified as one theme,namely the transcendence of the dynamic,experiential and comprehensive developmental human rights view over the static,a priori,and one-sided liberal human rights view.
