‘中国红’樱花种子发芽试验研究初报

以‘中国红’樱花种子为材料，研究赤霉素、浸种时间和贮藏方式对发芽的影响。研究表明，赤霉素能有效提高‘中国红’去壳种子的发芽率，1500 mg/L赤霉素处理1.5 h效果最佳，发芽率达76.0%，发芽持续时间20 d。4℃冷藏更有利于‘中国红’种子的储藏。
A Preliminary Report about Seed Germination ofCerasus campanulata‘Zhongguohong’
The effects of GA3, soaking time and storage methods onCerasus campanulata‘Zhongguohong’ seeds are researched in the experiment. The results show that GA3 can effectively improve the germination rate of shelled seeds; soaking the seeds with 1500 mg/L GA3 for 1.5 h is the best treatment, germination rate is 76.0%, duration is 20 d. It is more conducive to store seeds with 4℃.
