The Jingdezhen porcelain industry developing prosperous in the Ming and Qing Dynasties promoted the higher demand for supplies and uses of the firewood for kilns accordingly.The kiln firewood supply needs a lot of material resources and manpower to work out the increasing demands of the consumption and adjustment of kiln wood uses in structure,from which the conflicts arise between kiln wood and the porcelain industry society gradually.However,it meanwhile contributed to the formation and improvement of the kiln firewood management mechanism,supply and demand system,norms and standards,and cost control means as required,It contributed to pacifying the social contradictions mostly caused by this and stabilizing the long-term development of porcelain production in Jingdezhen in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
