双向赋能:《公共管理学报》与我国公共管理学科发展——基于学报二十年载文数据分析

伴随中国式现代化进程的深入推进,总结和反思我国公共管理理论与实践,对明确并优化我国公共管理学科发展方向十分必要.基于文献计量法和文本分析法,对《公共管理学报》二十年来刊载的1077篇学术论文从研究领域、研究方法、学科热点等方面进行系统梳理.研究发现,《公共管理学报》实现了与我国公共管理学科发展的同频共振和双向赋能.《公共管理学报》见证了公共管理学科的研究范式从演绎到归纳、从理论到实证、从定性到定量、再回归到案例研究的演进过程;在引领我国公共管理研究方法科学化、理论内核本土化、学科建设全面化上具有显著的前瞻性.同时,我国公共管理学科的蓬勃发展,也推动了《公共管理学报》在学科理论与实践创新方面的探索.总结回顾《公共管理学报》与我国公共管理学科发展,对建设高品质学术期刊和推动学科持续进步具有重要的价值.
Two-Way Empowerment:Journal of Public Management and the Development of Chinese Public Management Discipline in the Past 20 Years
With the deepening of the process of Chinese-style modernization,it is necessary to summarize and reflect on the theory and practice of public management in China,to clarify and optimize the development di-rection of the discipline of public administration.Based on bibliometrics and text analysis,this paper systemat-ically combs 1077 academic papers published in Journal of Public Management in the past 20 years from the aspects of research fields,research methods and subject hotspots.It is found that the Journal of Public Man-agement has achieved the same frequency resonance and two-way empowerment with the development of Chi-nese public management discipline.The Journal of Public Management has a strong representation in witness-ing the evolution of the discipline from deduction to induction,theory to empirical,qualitative to quantitative and back to case study.It has significant foresight in leading the scientific research method of public manage-ment,the localization of theoretical core and the comprehensive construction of discipline in China.At the same time,the theoretical consciousness and innovation of Chinese public management discipline has also pro-moted the exploration of the discipline theory and practice of the Journal of Public Management.To summarize and review the Journal of Public Management and the development of Chinese public management discipline is of great value to the construction of high-quality academic journals and to promote the continuous progress of the discipline.
