摘要
本文是对"向历史致敬:《公共管理学报》创刊20周年暨中国公共管理的回顾与展望"学术研讨会的综述.本文在梳理与总结会议主旨报告和平行论坛发言的基础上,从溯源学科发展历程、把脉学科现实境遇、前瞻学科未来图景三个维度,对中国公共管理学科发展进行了系统反思.我国公共管理学科在改革开放的社会经济背景下迅速成长,逐步形成了具有中国特色的理论体系和话语体系.当下,面对国家治理现代化的时代课题,公共管理研究正致力于推进理论创新、方法创新和实践创新.展望未来,学科发展面临诸多机遇与挑战,需要加快构建中国特色公共管理学科自主知识体系,提升公共管理学科的国际话语权,推动中国公共管理研究走向国际学术前沿.
Abstract
This paper provides a summary of the academic seminar on"the 20th Anniversary of the Journal of Public Administration and the Re-view and Prospect of China's Public Administration".Based on the analysis and synthesis of the keynote speeches,the article systematically reflects on the development of China's public administration discipline from three dimensions:tracing the history of the discipline,diagnosing the current situation,and envisioning the future prospects.Looking back at the development of the discipline,it has germinated and grown in the social context of China's reform and opening up,gradually forming a theoretical system and discourse system with Chinese characteristics.At present,facing the challenges of modernizing national governance,public administration research is committed to promoting theoretical,methodological,and practical innovations.Looking ahead,the discipline faces numerous opportunities and challenges.It is necessary to accelerate the construction of an au-tonomous knowledge system of public administration with Chinese characteristics,enhance the international discourse power of the discipline,and promote China's public administration discipline to the center of the world academic stage.
