Research on dynamic of sandy desertification in north sensitizing environment by remote sensing and GIS
Take the standard fake colorized image data that composed by TM4 ,3 , 2 band on September 1,2005 and July 1,2000 as main data source, current desertification pictures of Taipusi Baaner and the change of deser-tification development picture between 2000 and 2005 were generated. In support of GIS software, we built the data base of desertification current situation and development in 10 years, at the same time , set up transfer ma-trix and dynamic rate of sandy deaertification lands through count change of area in various degrees sandy desorti-fication lands by adopting transfer matrix method and mathematical modeling method , set up transfer matrix and mathematical trends of sandy desertification between 2000 and 2005 in order to analyze the change of desertifica-tion in north sensitizing environment. The conclusions were as follows: the area of mid-degree sandy desertifi-cation became small, one thirds of them turned into non-sandy desertification and low-degree sandy desertifi-cation; the areas of low-degree sandy desertification obviously increased, the areas of mid-degree and strong sandy desertification turned into low-degree sandy desertification is as two thirds as the increased areas, the other is that non-sandy desertification turned into low-degree sandy desertification; the increase of non-sandy desertification gives first place to low-degree sandy desertification and strong sandy desertification.Through analyzing, the development of desertification in Taipusi Banner is limited as a whole, the part of place is still worsening. This is the result of Taipusi Banner after taking desertification prevention after 2000. But the pro-tection degree of some non-sandy desertifieation place is insufficient or the unreasonable land utilization has led to prompt development of desertifieation in some areas.
