Rhizosphere soil microflora of Hedysarum scoparium
The rhizospheric non-rhizospheric microorganism of Hedysarum scoparium with different ages(5a,10a,20a) and soil depths were researched. The population and the quantity of them demonstrate conspicuous differences. The quantity of bacteria is the most(52.92%) and that of fungi is the least(13.75%),the quantity of actinomycete is medium(33.33%).The species of rhizospheric microorganism is more than that of non-rhizospheric microorganism. There is a certain difference on the population and the quantity of soil microorganism with various depths. In sequence of microorganism quantity from high to low,the soil depth about bacteria is 0~10cm,20~30cm,10~20cm,30~40cm,the depth about fungi is 0~10cm,10~20cm,20~30cm,30~40cm,and the depth about actinomycete is 0~10cm,30~40cm,10~20cm,20~30cm.With increasing of Hedysarum scoparium age,the quantity of bacteria decreases while the quantity of fungi grows. The actinomycete of 5a-aged Hedysarum scoparium approximately equal with that of 10a-aged Hedysarum scoparium in quantity, and the actinomycete of 20a-aged Hedysarum scoparium is the least.
