干旱胁迫下壳聚糖对小麦幼苗保护酶活性的影响

用分光光度法测定小麦超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,研究干旱胁迫下喷洒壳聚糖对小麦幼苗保护酶活性的影响。结果表明:各实验组小麦幼苗SOD、POD及CAT活性均高于对照组,干旱期各组小麦幼苗生理特性差异较小,但干旱后实验组恢复情况强于对照组。壳聚糖溶液喷洒对干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗保护酶活性有明显提高作用。
Effects of chitosan on protective enzyme activities in seedlings of wheat under drought stress
The effects of chitosan on activities of protective enzyme in seedlings of wheat under drought stress were studied by measuring activities of SOD, POD and CAT. The results showed that all groups improved the ac- tivities significantly compared with control. Physiological characteristics of seelings of wheat in different groups are similar during the pocess of drought, but testing groups recovered faster than control after drought. Spraying chitosan liquid can improved activities of protective enzyme in seedlings of wheat under drought stress significant- ly.
