Measurement of industrial ecology level and spatial differences in the Taihang mountainous areas:Analysis based on the implementation of industrial ecology
During the critical period of ecological civilization construction, accurately measuring the level of industrial ecology is a fundamental requirement for coordinating industrial development and ecological protection in the Taihang Mountains.Based on the Pressure-State-Response(PSR)framework,a PSRE model for the implementation process of industrial ecology was constructed.Considering the main contradiction between industrial development and ecological protection in the Taihang Mountains,we establish an index system for evaluation of industrial ecology in the Taihang Mountains. The entropy weight method and coupling coordination model are used to measure the level of industrial ecology in various counties in the Taihang Mountains, and process coupling coordination and spatial difference analysis are conducted. The results indicate that:1)The level of industrial ecology in the whole Taihang mountainous area is lower, the ecological pressure formed by industrial activities is larger, the natural ecological state is poor, and the industrial response is insufficient, the ecological efficiency is lower.Ecological pressure and natural ecological state, industrial response and ecological efficiency interact with each other to a higher extent, but they are not coordinated.2)The comprehensive score of industrial ecology level of the regions in the Taihang Mountains shows Henan>Shanxi>Hebei, municipal districts(county-level city)>county seat. The difference in industrial response to ecological technology structure, ecological industrial organization, and ecological industrial structure is the main reason for the difference among regions.3)The coupling degree and coordinated development degree among regions in the Taihang Mountains are consistent, showing Henan>Hebei>Shanxi, and municipal districts(county-level city)>county towns. The main reasons for the differences in spatial coupling and coordinated development are differences in government resource and environmental regulations between regions, differences in information transmission efficiency of market mechanisms, and differences in industrial response capabilities.Suggestions are proposed to strengthen regional scientific and technological collaborative innovation, assist in the scale and park development of enterprises, support the ecological transformation of parks, adjust and optimize industrial structure, and strengthen government resource and environmental regulations and the construction of resource and environmental market systems.
