基于微分博弈的草原放牧管理策略研究

当前,草原畜牧业发展与草原生态可持续保护间的矛盾日益凸显,如何协调二者之间的关系成为了当前草原管理的重要内容.考虑引入生态补偿政策,构建了政府草原放牧管理与牧民放牧决策的微分博弈模型,探讨了双方的动态最优决策以及草原生态水平的演变规律,阐释了生态补偿政策的效用机理.研究表明:在草原放牧管理中,政府和牧民采取状态依赖的动态决策是实现草畜平衡、最大化利用草原资源的有效途径;政府实施草原生态补偿政策可以在保障牧民收益的同时取得更好的草原生态保护成效;在草原生态补偿政策推行过程中,增加生态补偿力度可以有效激励牧民合理减牧,进而促进草原生态水平的提升.
Research on grassland grazing management strategy based on differential game
Currently,the contradiction between the development of grassland animal husbandry and the sustainable protection of grassland ecology has become increasingly prominent.How to reconcile the relationship between the two has become an important focus of grassland management.Considering the introduction of ecological compensation policy,a differential game model for government grassland grazing management and herdsmen's grazing decision has been constructed,the dynamic optimal decision-making of the both parties and the evolution law of grassland ecological level were discussed,and the utility mechanism of ecological compensation policy was explained.Research indicates that in grassland grazing management,both the government and herdsmen adopting state-dependent dynamic decisions are effective means to achieve a balance between grass and livestock and maximize the utilization of grassland resources.The implementation of grassland ecological compensation policies by government can achieve better grassland ecological protection results while ensuring the income of herders.In the process of implementing the grassland ecological compensation policy,increasing the intensity of ecological compensation can effectively motivate herders to reduce their grazing reasonably,and then promote the improvement of grassland ecological level.
