In this paper, the cost-benefit accounting system and profit function for beef cattle breeding farmers were constructed,micro-survey data and multiple endogenous-switching-regression model were used to empirically analyze the income of beef cattle breeding farmers who participating in different industrial organization models, and the income increase effect of the close-type industrial organization model was evaluated compared with the traditional loose-type.The results show that beef cattle breeding farmers participating in the close-type industrial organization model can significantly increase the income of breeding operations, and the income increase effect of mode'mixed integration'is better than that of'horizontal integration'and'vertical integration'.The results of scale heterogeneity analysis show that expanding the scale of farmers is conducive to the income increase effect of the close model. In the small-scale samples, the income increase relationship shows'mixed integration>vertical integration>horizontal integration'.In the large-scale samples, the income increase relationship shows'mixed integration>horizontal integration>vertical integration'.
