养殖户粪污资源化利用行为效果提升的组态路径研究

摘要
养殖粪污资源化利用是推动养殖业碳减排和高质量发展的重要举措.文中基于湖南省342份生猪养殖户调研数据,整合养殖户个体心理与外部情境两个方面的6个前因条件,结合必要条件检验与定性比较分析两种方法,探究了养殖户粪污资源化利用高行为效果的组态路径.结果表明:1)单个因素不构成养殖户粪污资源化利用高行为效果的必要条件,但责任意识对提升粪污资源化利用行为效果具有重要作用.2)内外部因素多重并发,形成养殖户实现粪污资源化利用高行为效果的差异化组态路径,具体可分为社会规范下的个体机会驱动型、政府规制和责任约束下的市场激励和个体能力驱动型、社会规范和责任约束下的个体能力驱动型3种类型.
Abstract
The resource utilization of aquaculture manure is an important measure to promote carbon emission reduction and high-quality development of aquaculture industry.Based on the survey data of 342 pig farmers in Hunan Province,this research integrates six antecedent conditions of individual psychology and external situation of farmers,and combines the two methods of necessary condition test and qualitative comparative analysis to explore the configuration path of high behavioral effect of farmers'manure resource utilization.The results show that single factor does not constitute a necessary condition for the high behavioral effect of farmers'manure resource utilization,but the sense of responsibility plays an important role in improving the behavioral effect of manure resource utilization.The multiple concurrent internal and external factors form a differentiated configuration path for farmers to achieve higher behavioral effects of manure resource utilization.Specifically,it can be divided into three types:individual opportunity-driven type under social norms,market incentive and individual ability-driven type under government regulation and responsibility constraints,and individual ability-driven type under social norms and responsibility constraints.
