Spatial distribution pattern of recreational and residential spaces and their coupling coordination relationship in the main urban area of Urumqi
This study combines field research and POI geospatial data with ArcGIS spatial analysis and coupled coordination model to investigate the distribution pattern of recreational and residential spaces and their spatial coupling and coordination relationship at multiple scales. It is found that:1)The spatial distributions of recreational and residential spaces are similar to a certain extent, presenting a"core-edge"feature.2)Recreational and residential spaces exhibit significant agglomeration characteristics. From the perspective of agglomeration intensity, they are:residential space,recreation-fitness type,commercial-entertainment type,cultural-leisure type, and green ecological type. From the perspective of agglomeration scale, they are sequentially classified as follows:recreation-fitness type,cultural-leisure type, green ecological type,commercial-entertainment type, and residential space.3)The number of recreation spaces increases and then decreases with the increase of distance from residential space.Within the radius of 0-500m of residential space, the distribution of recreation spaces is concentrated mostly and the degree of convenience and cooperation is the highest.4)The coupling of recreational and residential spaces is better in the central area of the city, and the coupling is worse in the peripheral area.Under different scales, the spatial coupling of the two differs. At the scale of streets, there are extremely coupled and coordinated areas between commercial-entertainment space and residential space.at the scale of grid, there are extremely coupled and coordinated areas between all kinds of recreational space and residential space.
