Behavioral and experiential characteristics of tourists in the internet-famous city showing a trend of lifestyle tourism:Case study of Zibo City
Based on text corpus from UGC and text analysis methods,the article explored the characteristics of tourist behavior and experience in Zibo.The study found that:1)There is a clear trend in tourist behavior,manifested as no obvious peak season in travel time,widely spatial distribution,large age span of the group,balance in gender,and preferring short distance,cost-effective lifestyle travels.2)The recognition of destination image for tourist is dominated by life scenarios of"barbecue".The experience covers 5 dimensions and 16 attribute items,including touristic landscape,touristic facilities,touristic atmosphere,cultural heritage,and tourism experience.The three attributes that contained the most life-oriented tourism elements are characteristic landscape,food experience,and emotional experience.3)The tourist's emotional evaluation on Zibo is positive,the focuses of the tourists to the city during their travels are the usual consumption places,consumption activities,and character landscapes in local life,and the consumption scene lifestyle is becoming the core attractionsof the destination.
