居民视角下城市旅游景区"让景于客"倡议效用与影响因素研究——以西安景区春节倡议为例

"让景于客"倡议是近年来国内旅游地在特殊时段调节本地客流的重要措施.文中基于西安三大景区春节期间"让景于客"倡议案例,运用问卷调查法、统计分析法与结构方程模型等探究居民视角下城市旅游景区"让景于客"倡议效用与影响因素.研究表明,景区"让景于客"倡议效用主要体现于内容效用和营销效用两个维度,且景区营销效用一般大于内容效用.而景区倡议效用则受居民端的居民品性、收益感知、相对剥夺感知和景区端的景区吸引力等因素影响,各因素对景区倡议的内容效用和营销效用作用不同.今后景区发布"让景于客"倡议时应做到"有始有终有补偿",方可提升景区倡议的居民响应度.
Effectiveness of"tourists come before scenery"initiative in urban tourist attractions:A perspective from local residents
The initiative of"tourists come before scenery"is an important measure for domestic tourist destination to regulate local tourist in special period.Taking the initiative of"tourists come before scenery"in Spring Festival by the Xi'an scenic spots as a case,this study explores the effectiveness of initiative in urban tourist attractions from the perspective of residents by the methods of questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and SEM.The results shows that the effectiveness of the initiative for tourist attractions is mainly reflected in the content and marketing,and the marketing effectiveness of initiative is generally greater than the content effectiveness.The effectiveness of initiative is affected by residents'character,profit perception,relative deprivation perception and attraction of scenic spots,and each factor has different effects on the initiative's content and marketing effectiveness.In the future,when tourist attractions release the'tourists come before scenery'initiative,they should ensure'a beginning,an end,and compensation'in order to enhance residents'responsiveness to the initiative.
