Circular cumulative effects of farmland marketization, rural labor transfer, and urban-rural integration development
This paper explores the cumulative cyclical effect among rural land marketization, labor factor transfer, and urban-rural integration. The results indicate that:1)As the level of farmland marketization doubles, the quantity and quality of labor transfer increase by 6.8%and 8.3%respectively.The doubling of the quantity and quality of labor transfer leads to an increase of 2.5%and 2.8%in the level of urban-rural integration,respectively.2)The level of urban-rural integration increases 1%,the farmland marketization level increases by 2.40%.3)There are two circular logic chains between labor transfer and urban-rural integration development.Based on the research findings,it should strengthen the construction of land property rights and governance, establish effective market and promising government joint mechanisms, and through the linkage mechanism reform of land, registered residence and social security system for guiding the orderly two-way convection of urban and rural labor force. And finally to promote a virtuous cycle of interaction between rural land marketization, rural labor transfer, and urban-rural integration development.
