Notes on lichen species diversity in Guiyang,Guizhou,China
In order to understand the species diversity and distribution characteristics of lichens in Guiyang City, the sampling method and transect method were used to conduct field investigations.Using molecular biology, morphology and other methods and referring to relevant literature, the lichens in the study area were identified and sorted. The results prove that the lichen resources are rich in Guiyang City, and a total of 36 species in 18 genera,12 families are found, including 2 newly recorded families,2 newly recorded genera and 21 newly recorded species in Guizhou. The dominant families are Parmeliaceae,Physciaceae and Cladoniaceae, and the dominant genera are Heterodermia Trevis.and Cladonia P.Browne.Three growth forms of lichens are found:fruticose, foliose and crustose, among them foliose and fruticose lichens are the most diverse, account for 52.78% and 36.11% of the total species.According to the type of substrate, they belong to three types:autoch-thonism,lithophyte and arboreal, among which the arboreal lichens are the most, accounting for 61.12%of the total species. The lichen floristics include cosmopolitan element, circumpolar element, temperate zone species, pantropical element and east Asian element.Through comparative analysis with five other regions of Guizhou Province,it is showed that the similarity of lichen genus in this region with those in Qianxi Prefecture,Zunyi City and Qiandongnan Prefecture is the highest, and the similarity of lichen species in this region with those in Zunyi City and Tongren City is the highest. This study provides an important theoretical foundation for the subsequent research on lichens in Guiyang City and Guizhou Province.
